It's was a nice hotel. Check-in was very easy. Customer service was great. The rooms were ok. The rooms had a few minor issues but nothing major. The beds were pretty descent. The smoke detector kept flashing in the room all night and was pretty visible when the lights were off. It's convenient to a lot of stuff nearby. Overall, it's a pretty good hotel..

We came and stayed 1 night for a company Christmas party. Delightful stay, wonder staff clean rooms. Kat at the front desk is an amazing person. So helpful and filled with joy for the folks she comes in contact with. Our server Tracy was so helpful and sweet. We really want to highlight Kat and Tracy's and that made our experience a joy to be there. Hilton for having great folks on staff. Blessing and Merry Christmas. May your success continue in 2024

We went on Christmas Eve to shop and relax. It was well worth it. The front desk clerk was the most pleasurable person I have met in the hotel industry in awhile. Although the mall was to crowded and I wasn't able to enjoy it, staying at the Hilton gave me the most peace and night of relaxation I so desperately needed... I will say, this hotel is my new home away from home.

Nothing. Everything was terrific. I haven't had a better stay at a hotel while traveling with my dog. Usually we have to stay at not so great hotels because we have a dog.

I absolutely love this Hilton Garden Inn! The staff is incredibly warm and friendly, making the whole experience wonderful. The breakfast selection and gym facilities are top-notch. The beds are comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. Just a small note for light sleepers, the walls are a bit thin, but overall, it's a fantastic place to stay!

The front desk guy Rashad was wonderful. They accept dogs and were wonderful every time my husband or I took our dog out to use the bathroom. They also asked if everything was ok. Rashad also wished us safe travels when we checked out.

Rooms were not only clean but also remarkably spacious. Breakfast exceeded US standards, and I must highlight the fantastic service from the staff, particularly the woman in charge of breakfast. The pool was nice, with a perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. However, during checkout, when I requested invoices with specific names and a company address, it took longer than expected and was a bit complicated. Seems to be a difficult thing for Hilton in the states. Nevertheless, everything else about the stay was excellent, and the hotel's location is quite convenient near South Park.
